Pollyco is currently co-developing the Willoughby Town Centre with its partner, Qualico, in Langley. The project is a phased, multi-use development. Phase I is a 150,000 sq. ft. office/retail project comprised of an office building and a village shopping centre anchored by a 27,000 sq. ft. Loblaw’s Independent Grocer and a 16,000 sq. ft. Shoppers Drug Mart. Phase I will also offer 230 – 322 condominium homes in the village core. Later Phases will include the potential for an additional 100,000 sq. ft. of retail/office commercial space and potential for up to 500 additional condominium residences.
